OMNIQUE TINT – Limited Manufacturer Warranty
All OMNIQUE Design Window Tint Films are backed by a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in material under normal use and installation conditions, as outlined below.
1. General Warranty Coverage
OMNIQUE Tint warrants that its films are free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. Coverage varies by film type as detailed in the sections below.
2. Reflective Series – Color Disclaimer
Our reflective series automotive window films are designed primarily for automotive applications. However, due to the specialized dyes used in the colored mirror films listed below, no warranty is provided against discoloration or color fading:
- PHANTOM GOLD
- VULCAN RED
- PERIDOT GREEN
- BELLAGIO BLUE
- RHYOLITE BRONZE
- AMETHYST PURPLE
These specific colors are intended for short-term use only or for vehicles that are well-maintained and primarily stored indoors.
3. Nebula Black & Neo Silver Warranty
The following films are covered under warranty against:
- Discoloration
- Fading
- Peeling
- Bubbling
4. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Scratches, abrasions, or surface marks
- Damage caused during or after installation
- Installation errors or improper application
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or external impact
5. Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims require supporting documentation, which may include photos and/or videos of the issue.
In some cases, OMNIQUE TINT may request that the film be removed and returned for inspection. If required, shipping costs and removal expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
If a claim is approved, replacement film material will be provided.
